By accessing our website, using our "Vault Track" system, or engaging Vault Crate Logistics for freight and supply chain services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, shippers, consignees, and others who access or use the Service.
Mandatory Arbitration
Please note that these Terms contain an arbitration clause and class action waiver. You agree to resolve all disputes through binding individual arbitration, waiving any right to have disputes decided by a judge or jury.
Service Descriptions
Vault Crate Logistics provides comprehensive supply chain solutions. We act as an intermediary between shippers and authorized carriers across international vectors.
Freight Forwarding
Coordination of shipment transport via third-party carriers. Timelines are targets and subject to carrier capacity and environmental variables.
Storage Assets
High-fortification warehousing subject to capacity limits and hazardous material restrictions outlined in individual service orders.
We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that violates global security mandates or that we deem unsafe for transport within our secure network.
User Responsibilities
Accurate data is the foundation of our logistics engine. You agree to provide current and complete documentation regarding your consignments.
Payment & Billing
Rates provided in quotes are valid for a tactical window of 14 days. Final charges may vary based on actual weight, dimensions, and operational requirements.
- Payment Terms: Settlement is due upon receipt of invoice unless credit line is pre-authenticated.
- Late Fees: Overdue invoices accrue a premium of 1.5% per month.
- Lien on Cargo: We reserve a general lien on all property in our custody for any outstanding liabilities.
Liability Limitations
Vault Crate Logistics' liability is strictly defined. We assume no liability for loss or delay except as provided under applicable international convention.
Maximum Exposure
Unless a higher tier value is declared and additional insurance is secured, our liability shall not exceed $0.50 per pound or $50 per shipment, whichever is less.
**Force Majeure:** We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including atmospheric disruptions, war, or government mandate.
